Registration for the 2021 Beta Beta Beta South Central Regional Convention has now ended. Registered participants will soon receive an email detailing the meeting instructions and Zoom meeting initiation. To All Participants: Since this virtual convention will take place via Zoom, you will be required to log in to the convention using your Zoom account. Your Zoom account should be linked to the email you used when you registered for the convention. You will receive an email the day before the convention with instructions on how to access the Zoom meeting. When the convention begins on April 10, you will be allowed to choose one of many Breakout Rooms where you can view different presentations. A detailed presentation program will be sent to all registered participants and will be available on this site the week leading up to the convention.
To All Student Presenters: You will soon receive an email detailing the time and Breakout Room assignment for your presentation on April 10. It is expected that the virtual oral presentations will take place in the morning and virtual poster sessions will take place in the afternoon. All presenters (oral and poster) will be allowed 15 minutes (including questions) to present their research. Presenters should consult with their faculty research advisors for the most appropriate format of presentation.
Scrapbooks Are Going Digital: If your chapter is interested in submitting a scrapbook this year, all submissions will be electronic. The deadline for Scrapbook submissions has been extended to April 19. Click here for more information.
