2023 Regional Convention will take place on March 31-April 2 at Mt. Lebanon.
Meeting registration:
Early registration is due by Friday, March 10. Early registration fees will be $125 per individual; this price will cover meeting registration, room and board from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning (March 31 - April 2), and five meals during the convention. This is also the deadline for notifying us of any special needs for delegates. After March 10, the cost of registration will increase to $150 per individual, and registration will officially close at 5:00pm on Friday, March 24. T-shirt orders: South Central Regional Convention T-shirt costs are NOT included in the registration costs. To order a shirt, follow this link. Orders are due by Friday, March 10. Shirts may be shipped directly to a home address or be collected at the convention.

Students can register as a group by filling out the document titled, "TriBeta SCRC Student Group Registration Form 2023" found below and submitting it to the Group Registration Form. You will need this document prepared before submitting the Group Student Registration Form found below. Faculty must use the Individual Registration Form to register.

Abstract submission:
Submit an abstract using the SCRC Abstract Submission Form found below. Students planning to give oral or poster presentations are required to submit title and abstract by 5:00pm on Friday, March 24. Absolutely no presentations will be accepted after this deadline. All presenters must be registered for the convention. Each presenter will be notified the week of the convention with details of when and where presentations will take place. Abstract submissions have a 200-word maximum.

E-Scrapbook submission:
Scrapbooks must be turned in for judging by 5:00pm on Friday, March 31st. If you are submitting a digital/e-scrapbook, this will need to be turned in via the E-Scrapbook Submission Form found below. If you are submitting a physical paper copy of your scrapbook, this will need to be turned in to the host chapters.
