​Are You Presenting Research at the Convention?  
Check the Presentation Schedule page for details on when present.  Additionally you will be notified via email with details.

Oral Presenters should bring presentations on a memory stick and presentations must be uploaded the the Angelo State computer in the Patton Chapel on Friday night before midnight.

Remote clickers will be available in order for presenters to advance slides. Moderators will be available to introduce your talk. The time allotted for oral presentations is 15 minutes; which includes time for questions. Moderators will not allow you to go beyond 15 minutes

Easels and poster boards are available in the Patton Chapel for Poster Presenters.

Accommodations 
The price of registration covers accommodations and all students will stay in the cabins at Mt. Lebanon.  There is no single occupancy so all students will share rooms with other students. Students will be booked in Evergreen, Live Oak or Sycamore lodges. Click here for a detailed look at Mt. Lebanon facilities and here for a campus Map of Mount Lebanon.

The Grande Lodge will be the hub; with registration and general information. The Dining Hall will provide our meals. WiFi is available near the main office.

What to bring?
Everything but toilet paper!  It’s a great place but you need to bring
  • sheets or sleeping bag
  • pillow
  • towels (including hand towels),
  • hand soap
  • all other toiletries and ANYTHING you might need (there is a Wal-Mart 7 minutes) 
  • Blanket or sweats or shorts and T shirts (Be prepared for it to be cold or hot! )
  • Shower shoes ( if you are squeamish but the facility is clean)
  • flashlight

Other Important Information:
While attendees are not required to stay for the entire weekend, all attendees must pay the full cost of attendance. No refunds or partial payments will be accepted for anyone arriving late or leaving early.

Dress?
CASUAL!!  When presenting, you should dress professionally.  You may change afterward.  Wear comfortable shoes as you may want to hike around.  There is a banquet and an awards ceremony Saturday night.  Some dress “to the nines” but others are casual.  

T-Shirts
T-Shirts can be ordered during online registration, but there will be extras for you to purchase during the convention at the Grande Lodge.  $20 - cash.  Check out the T-Shirts page 

Policies and Rules
The following are the Policies and Rules established by Mt. Lebanon. It is particularly important to note that alcohol and smoking are prohibited. Evidence of violation of this rule will be documented by the host chapter, You will be fined $150 and your university dean will be notified of this in writing (Worse, Tri-Beta may forfeit the invitation to come back next year!).
