Group Registration
Instructions: If you prefer to register your attendees as one group instead of each participant registering individually, please follow these instructions. Click here to download the Group Registration Template and fill in the required information for each attendee. Complete your group registration by uploading your prepared file and selecting all purchasing options in the form below.
Any participant that is presenting research at the convention (poster or oral presentation) can still be included in the group registration, but must provide their presentation information using the Student Registration page.
Student Lodging Information: Student lodging is in Sycamore, Evergreen, and Live Oak Lodges. These are bunk bed style cabin lodging with large group bathroom facilities. Linens & towels are not provided. See the Mt. Lebanon facilities page for detailed information and floor plans.
Faculty Lodging Options: There are two different lodging options for faculty offered on a first come basis.

- There are 4 rooms for faculty advisors that are within the lodges the students will be staying (Sycamore, Evergreen, Live Oak). These are available to 8 faculty advisors and offered at no additional cost beyond the convention registration. Rooms have bunk beds and private baths. Linens & towels not provided.
- A limited number of motel-style rooms in the Retreat Center are available for faculty advisors at an additional cost beyond convention registration. Rooms are complete with linens, 2 double beds, and private baths. Wifi provided. Single occupancy rooms are $90.00 for the weekend. Double occupancy rooms are $60.00 (per occupant) for the weekend.
