• All attendees to the regional convention must be fully vaccinated prior to the meeting. Attendees unable to be vaccinated must have official medical exemptions that will be verified prior to arrival.  Please bring your vaccination card(s) with you.  The CDC defines fully vaccinated as two weeks after second dose in a 2-dose series (i.e. Pfizer or Moderna vaccines) or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine (i.e. Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine).
• We ask anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 within 72 hours prior to the meeting, shows symptoms of COVID-19, or otherwise feels unwell to please refrain from attending the meeting.  However, we ask that you let us know if you will not be attending with as much advance as possible so we can make proper arrangements. We will not be able to refund travel or accommodation expenses.
• Facemasks are expected to be worn by participants throughout the convention.  Presenters are except from wearing a mask while presenting.
